Engagedly’s 360 Feedback module has been revamped. The two key highlights of this enhancement are role-based navigation and improved views and statistics. Changes to the ‘Home’ section have been made to improve your experience on Alerts Widget, Feedback Widget, Employee Reports, Feedback Forms, Resource Center, and other modules.

Visibility of New 360 Feedback Module for Users
- If you are an existing client, you would be able to see the old UI by default. If you are a new client, based on your request, new UI would be enabled.

If both Old UI and New UI are enabled for you, old UI data would not be seen on the new UI and vice versa.
Overview
Alerts Widget
- The employee would be able to view all the Employee nomination-related alerts in the alerts widget.

If you are an employee, you can click on the ‘Nominate’ option.

On clicking ‘Nominate Respondent/Nominate Yourself to Give Feedback’, a pop-up would be shown respectively.
- You can Add, Remove Respondents, and Self Nominate accordingly.
- You can dismiss the alerts from the overflow menu.
- You can click on ‘Dismissed Alerts’ from the overflow menu to view all the dismissed alerts.
Pending Actions Widget
- You would be able to view all the pending actions in the ‘pending actions widget’ based on dates.
- You can Decline or Start Feedback by hovering over pending actions.
- You can view all the Declined feedbacks from the overflow menu.
Feedback Submitted by You Widget
- You would be able to view all the feedbacks submitted by you for yourself or others on the widget.
- You can click on the ‘view’ button and can see all the submitted feedback.
- You can filter data based on All, Self, About Others, and data would be displayed accordingly.
- On clicking the filter icon on the widget, a filter bar would appear.
- You can search based on Respondent Name or Cycle Name and data would be displayed accordingly.
Manage Nominations Widget
- You can manage employee nominations in the widget.
- Once you dismiss the alerts from the alerts tab, the respective nomination cycle would be listed in the widget.
- You can click on the ‘Manage’ option to manage the nominations i.e., add/remove the respondents.
My Feedback
Recent Feedback Widget
- You would be able to see all the recent feedbacks received in graphical view.
- Bar graphs would show Self, Manager, and Respondent’s ratings.
- You can hover over the respective bar graphs to view Self, Manager, and Respondent’s ratings respectively.
All Feedback Received Widget
- You would be able to see all the feedbacks received about you in the widget.
- You can click on the ‘View’ button and see all the feedbacks received.
- You can filter data based on cycle name and date.
Feedback Form
- You (the respondent) would be able to submit feedback by filling in all the required details on the feedback form.
- You can see the feedback instructions by expanding feedback instructions.
- You can see the rating scale by clicking on ‘View Rating Scale’.
- You can decline feedback from the overflow menu.
- On clicking Decline, the feedback request would open up.
- You can select the relationship from the Relationship drop-down.
- As per the template settings set, you can select the ratings and add comments in the feedback form for second and third-level questions.
- Once all the required data is entered, you can Save or Submit the feedback.
- You can view all the pending feedbacks for the particular cycle on the slider.
- On clicking ‘Show’, all the pending reviews would show up.
- You can view feedback given on the feedback form.
- You can Edit and Export feedback as PDF on the feedback form.
Employee Reports
- You (the employee) can click on the ‘View’ button and see all the feedbacks received.
- On clicking ‘View’, feedback form would be opened up.
- You would be able to view all the submitted feedbacks on Summary, Comments and Relationship Ratings tab.
- You can click on ‘How do I read this report’ to get an idea for reading the reports.
- You can click on ‘Export As PDF’ to export the file.
Talent Card
- You can view 360 Feedbacks on Talent Profile -> Development widget.
- On click respective Feedback Form would be opened up.
Resource Center
- You can view 360 Feedbacks on the Resource Center.
- On clicking, the respective Feedback Form would be opened up.
