Overview

Welcome to Engagedly. This is a short and informative user guide that is intended for first-time users. This guide is especially geared towards managers. While managers may not have all the powers and capabilities that a site administrator does, they have certain powers and capabilities, especially when it comes to their direct reports.

After you’ve logged into your Engagedly account, here’s what you can do as a manager.

Performance

In the Performance module, all managers will have access to the Team Dashboard page. On the Team Dashboard page, managers can see a list of their direct reports. A manager’s involvement in the performance review process begins from the time the HR administrator has assigned templates to users. Once a HR administrator has assigned a template to a user, the manager of that particular user will be able to share the review template with them and begin the review process. Feedback

In the Feedback module, all managers will have access to the Team page. The Team page is where managers will see a list of all their direct reports and the types of feedback they have received.

Multirater
