I don’t think my direct report has checked-in on their goal correctly. Can I correct their check-in?

Yes, you can. Managers can change the check-in progress of their direct reports. Go to the My Team tab in Goals and click on the active goals of your direct report.

This will lead you to the check-ins page. And next to each check-in that a user has been made, you can see the ‘Change’ button. Clicking on that button will allow you to edit or modify that check-in. You can also modify their progress on a goal.
