Is there a way for me to control review settings?

If you do not want employees to see manager reviews, then during cycle creation, in Visibility Settings, select ‘NO’. The HR can later on change this manually. By default, the setting is selected as ‘NO’. You can also enable this setting later on by editing your cycle.
