Engagedly’s ongoing check-in was introduced to encourage frequent and easy performance check-ins from employees. These check-ins help managers to keep track of their direct reports’ performance issues and resolve them on a regular basis.
As a manager, you can enable a questionnaire for users that can help you gain an understanding of their work processes and challenges. You can launch a check-in for your direct reports or employee groups or yourself.
