Reviewing Self-Performance (Review Template Assigned By Manager)
- Log in to your Engagedly account.
- You will find a notification on your dashboard that a performance review template has been assigned to you.
- Clicking on it will take you to ‘My Dashboard’ in the ‘Performance’ module.
- You will also receive a notification through email that a performance review template has been assigned to you.
- In the ‘Performance’ home page you can see the Template Name, Cycle, Start Date and Due Date of the performance review template assigned to you.
- You can now review your performance.
- Self-review your performance and add comments on the performance areas in the template.
- You can also switch through the ‘Job Description’, ‘Goals’, ‘Documents’, ‘Archived’ and ‘Feedback’ tabs and use the information to review your performance better.
- When entering/typing out a performance review, as you scroll down the page, the Save button also moves accordingly, so that you can save your progress as you enter the review.
- The review auto-saves every few seconds, with the time-stamp being visible.
- It is possible for you to write/type the review partially, save it, and then go back to it at a later date.
- You can share this self-review with your manager before the due-date by clicking on ‘Share’.
Checking For Manager Review
- Go to ‘My Dashboard’ in the ‘Performance’ menu.
- In the ‘Ongoing Reviews’ look for the status of ‘Manager Review’ in the bottom right corner of each cycle.
- If the status says ‘Manager Review Completed’, click on it.
- Here you can see your manager ratings and review on your performance template.
Note: You can also download your reviews in PDF format.
In some cases, your manager can decide that they do not want you to see their review. In that case, when you try to click on Manager Review, you will only be able to see your submitted review, not yours.
Performance Review Form
- Go to My Dashboard from Performance and select a performance review cycle from the list of ongoing performance reviews.
- The performance review form opens.
- This page allows you to rate yourself and add comments
- It also shows you your manager review only if the visibility is not restricted by the HR
- Once you complete self-review, you can save and submit it.
Resource Center
The expandable ‘resource center’ bar on the bottom of the page helps you quickly go through details like
Job Description – Here you can see your job description and responsibilities
Goals – This section shows you your active and archived goals from previous six months to the current date. You can also use the date picker to find goals from a particular date and search bar for easy search.
Feedback- This section shows you the feedback you received from previous six months to the current date. You can also use the date picker to find feedback from a particular date and search bar for easy search.
Notes –This section shows all the private notes written by you from previous six months to the current date. You can also use the date picker to find notes from a particular date and search bar for easy search
Documents – This section shows you the documents that are uploaded by the manager/admin for you from previous six months to the current date. You can also use the date picker to find documents from a particular date and search bar for easy search.
You can also download the documents by clicking the ‘download’ icon beside the document name.
Past Reviews – Here you can see your archived performance reviews from past six months. You can also use the date picker to find performance reviews from a particular date and search bar for easy search.
360 Feedback – Here you can see the multi-rater feedback you received in past six months. You can also use the date picker to find multi-rater feedback from a particular date and search bar for easy search.
