User Dashboard

The User Dashboard is a page where users can see all of their ongoing activities. It allows users to see what’s happening currently and archived information as well.

The User Dashboard contains the following portlets:

• Pending Actions
• Recent Activities
• Goal Progress
• Goal Alignment
• Praise
• Leaderboard
• Feedback Shared
• Feedback Received
• Badges
• My Points
• Learning
• Post Activities

• Pending Actions – In this portlet, you can see all the pending actions that you are yet to undertake, be it feedback you still have to give, 360 feedback pending etc.
• Recent Activities – In this portlet, you can see all of the recent activity you have carried out, be it completing a review, giving feedback, commenting on a post etc.
• Goal Progress – In this portlet, you can see the recent progress on your goals.
• Goal Alignment – In this portlet, you can see the number of goals that have been aligned to department goals and company goals.
• Praise – In this portlet, you can see the recent praise that you have received.
• Leaderboard – In this portlet, you can see the users with the highest points and ranks in the organization.
• Feedback Shared – In this portlet, you can see the feedback you have shared recently.
• Feedback Received –  In this portlet, you can see the feedback you have received recently.
• Badges – In this portlet, you can see how many badges you have earned.
• My Points – In this portlet, you can see how many points you have accrued so far what is your ranking (based on the points) in the organization.
• Learning –  In this portlet, you can see how many courses you have completed so far.
• Post Activities – In this portlet, you can see the most recent social activities you have participated in, be it commenting on a post, liking a comment etc.

Note: – All these portlets can be dragged around and arranged in any order you like. To move a portlet, just click on the portlet, hold the mouse button, and drag it to wherever you like on the page.
