Engagedly: Performance Management
In an organization, different people work on different projects. People who might have worked together at one point of time might now be working with different people. So, when reviewing the performance there might be a need to gather inputs from different users. Engagedly allows administrators to add secondary reviewers to contribute to the performance review of users in their organization.
To enable secondary reviewers, you must go to performance cycle. When creating a cycle, under ‘Other Settings’, you will find ‘Enable secondary reviews’. Enable this option before you save the cycle.
Once secondary reviewers have been enabled, you will find a column called Secondary Reviewers in the Org/Team Dashboard. Clicking on this column against the user’s name, will take you to a page where you can add multiple secondary reviewers.
The selected reviewers will see a section called ‘Secondary Reviews‘ on their My Dashboard & Team Dashboard page, from where they can go on to the review form and submit their reviews. These secondary reviewers can only contribute to a performance review by commenting on the review. They cannot modify or delete their comments once they have submitted their reviews.
