Engagedly IOS/Android App
You can install Engagedly’s mobile app through the ‘App Store’/ ‘Play Store’ on your device. Once you install the application, access your Engagedly account through it by adding your sub-domain and login details.
On Engagedly’s home page you can see two tabs namely: Dashboard and Feed
The Dashboard displays your pending actions and statistics for Feedback, Praise, Goals and Leaderboard.
Clicking on the list of pending actions redirects you to the page from where you can complete the action.
Feedback – Shows you the number of times you gave feedback and the number of times you received feedback.
Praise – Shows you the number of times you praised someone and the number of times someone praised you
Goals – Shows the number of active goals and the percentage of progress on it.
Leaderboard – Shows your rank and the number of points you accumulated.
Feed shows you the posts and updates shared by all users from your organization. You can scroll through and add comments or like these updates.
Note: There’s a bell icon on the homepage clicking on which you’ll be shown notifications on different actions that you should take on Engagedly.
The plus icon on the bottom of the page allows you to do the following actions: Ask for help, Public Praise, Share knowledge, Share an idea and status update
The organization directory on the left menu of the application shows the list of users and departments in the organization. You can also see the list of open groups available in the organization.
Feedback on the left menu of the application redirects you to the page where you can see your incoming feedback, outgoing feedback and feedback requests.
In the incoming feedback tab, there’s an option to select to view the Incoming feedback about yourself, about the team or about the others(Where you have been selected to view).
If you select ‘About me’ you can view the incoming feedback about yourself. If you select ‘About the team’, then you can view the incoming feedback about your team.
If you select ‘About others’, then you can view the incoming feedback about other users where you have been selected to view the feedback.
This tab shows you the feedback given by you to other users.
This tab shows the list of feedback requests sent and received by you.
The plus button on the bottom of the feedback page allows you to ‘Share Feedback’ about your peers with them and ‘Request For Feedback’ from other users.
