Engagedly's Mobile App

Use the Engagedly mobile app to connect with colleagues no matter where they are and to share feedback on the go!

The Engagedly mobile app is now available for both Android and Apple devices.

You can install Engagedly’s mobile app through the ‘App Store’/ ‘Play Store’ on your device. Once you install the application, access your Engagedly account through it by adding your subdomain and login details.

Homepage

On Engagedly’s home page you can see two tabs: Dashboard and Feed.

Dashboard

On the Dashboard you can see pending actions such as feedback to be given, a review to be completed, course to be completed etc.

Clicking on the list of pending actions redirects you to the page from where you can complete the action. However, bear in mind that it will open up the actual Engagedly webpage, which might not be easy to navigate depending on the device you are using.

In addition to pending actions, you can also see a few basic statistics on the Dashboard.

Leaderboard – Shows your rank and the number of points you have accumulated so far.

Feedback – Shows you the number of times you gave feedback and the number of times you received feedback.

Praise – Shows you the number of times you praised someone and the number of times someone praised you

Goals – Shows the number of active goals and the percentage of progress on it.

Feed

Your feed shows you posts and updates shared by users from your organization. You can scroll through the feed and add comments or like these updates.

Note: There’s a bell icon on the homepage. By clicking on it, you’ll be shown notifications on different actions that you should take or have taken in Engagedly.

The plus icon on the bottom of the page allows you to do the following actions: Ask for help, Public Praise, Share knowledge, Share an idea and status update

Organization Directory

The organization directory on the left menu of the application shows the list of users and departments in the organization. You can also see the list of open groups available in the organization.

Feedback

Feedback on the left menu of the application redirects you to the page where you can see your incoming feedback, outgoing feedback and feedback requests.

Incoming Feedback

In the incoming feedback tab, there’s an option to select to view the Incoming feedback about yourself, about the team or about the others (only in cases where you have been selected to view the feedback).

If you select ‘About me’ you can view the incoming feedback about yourself. If you select ‘About the team’, then you can view the incoming feedback about your team.
