We have introduced a new addition to the Feedback module. Users can now view detailed statistics about how much feedback has been given, how much feedback has been received etc.
There are three different dashboards that are visible to users. Normal users will only see My Dashboard under Feedback Dashboard. Managers will not only see My Dashboard but they will also see a Team Dashboard.
And finally, site administrators, in addition to being able to see their own feedback dashboard, and a Team Dashboard (if they have direct reports), they will also be able to see an Organization Dashboard.
All three of these dashboards essentially contain visual representations of how the module is being used. In the case of individual users or managers, the dashboards will help them view feedback requests, no. of feedback received, feedback status flags, feedback acknowledgment etc, all in statistical forms!
