The Gamification settings have undergone a major revamp. Adminstrators can now see the reward redemption history of their users.
Reward Redemption
A few changes have been made to the Gamification feature which allow the admin to see the reward redemption history of their users.
You can go to ‘Reward Redemption’ through settings and select the ‘Redemption History’ tab.
Here you can find the list of users who have redeemed their rewards and all the details of the redemption.
User History
The ‘User History’ tab shows you the list of users in your organization and their gamification & redemption histories.
