Learning, Goals and Multirater

Some major changes have been made to the Learning, Goals, Performance and Multirater modules.

Learning

SCORM and AICC are learning technology standards that determine how e-learning courses interact with learning management systems (LMSs). A SCORM/ AICC compliant learning management system makes your organization more efficient.

Now, Engagedly allows you to add AICC and SCORM units to a course too. All you have to do is select the unit type to AICC or SCORM and upload the relevant zip folder to the course.

Goals

Now, you can see the last checked in time on the goals dashboard. A new column has been added to the list of goals to reflect the date of the user’s last check-in on it.

Also, when you export a goal, now you can see a new column that shows the number of check-ins on the goal.

Performance

When exporting users from the Performance module, you will receive an email notification after the task has been completed.

Multirater

If you want to add multiple users to a cycle, instead of adding each user to the cycle manually, you can request Engagedly to add them.

 

The Multirater dashboard has received a face-lift so that it can look more in line with the other modules within the Engagedly application. Now, when you click on the Multirater module, you will redirected to the Dashboard, from where you can navigate to the other tabs as well.

 

Also, from now on, whenever you add users to a cycle in the Multirater module, you will receive an email notification after the task has been completed. This will also happen when an administrator is assigning templates to a user.
