A new feature has been added to the Multirater module, the ability to include external reviewers in your feedback cycle. The addition of secondary reviewers allows administrators to include people from outside the organization, thereby allowing for a more well-rounded multirater feedback process.

Nominate External Reviewers
You can now nominate an external reviewer to give 360 degree multirater feedback to the users in your organization. This feature is helpful when you would like outsiders such as customers/clients/vendors to give feedback about your users
After choosing to add (internal) nominations for 360 degree feedback for a user, click on ‘ +Add External Reviewer’ on the top right corner of the nominations page.
