There have been a few changes in the ‘Performance module’ and the ‘Goals Export’ section of the ‘Goals Module’
In ‘Performance’, when you select ‘Export Performance Areas’, you can now see a new column called ‘Overall Comments’ which shows the employee and manager remarks in it. HR remarks have also been added to the excel sheet.
Previously, in the ‘Goals module’, as a manager, you could only export the goals of your direct reports. Now you can export the goals of your direct reports and also the goals of their direct reports by choosing to either ‘My direct reports’ or ‘My entire team’.
