Certain changes have been made to the Performance, Learning, My Work Space and Rewards modules.

Performance:

Get notified on additional review submission:

  1. When an additional reviewer submits the review of a reviewed, reviewed’s reporting manager will get notified. As the reviewed’s manager, you will receive email and in-app notifications, which will in turn, navigate you to the manager review form.

  1. In case there is an additional review unlocked for a reviewed, the additional reviewer will get notified. You will receive email and in-app notifications, which will in turn, navigate you to the manager review form.

Learning:

Enable or Disable Download Option For Video/Audio Units:

Now you can Enable or Disable Download Option while creating or editing a course using the option – ‘Users Can Download This Video/Audio File’, On Video/Audio Units. When the checkbox is enabled, your users will get a Download Option and can download the file. If the checkbox remains unchecked, users will not get any download option.

Visibility of competency description and representative behavior:

Now you will be able to view Competency description and Representative behaviors on Job Description tab on the Employee Profile and Resource center.

Rewards

Have an option to manage the System Badges:

Nestled under Manage Features, the module Gamification and Rewards now provides an option to enable/disable the system badges for the Super and Site admins.

When the System Badges are enabled:

As default, the new ‘System Badges’ feature will remain enabled if the Gamification module is enabled for you. The other three features – Discretionary Points, Ranks & Leaderboard, Points Redemption – will remain enabled or disabled as per previous state. If the Gamification module is disabled for you, then none of the features will show.
