We have made a small but important change to Cycles in the Performance module.
Rating scales and grade clusters have become a part of the cycle creation page. This way, administrators can either use the default rating scale or they can edit the scale and the grade clusters to reflect their preferences. Also administrators can run multiple cycles at the same time with different rating scales, instead of having to use only the default rating scale.
This change does not affect older cycles or cycles which are currently on-going.
