I accidentally archived a goal. Will I be able to unarchive it?

Yes, you can. To unarchive a goal, go to ‘My Goals’. You can filter goals on the page according to Active and Archived. Selecting the Archived filter allows you see all your archived goals. Selecting ‘Unarchive’ from the actions list will unarchive the goal.
