Talent Card
Introduction
Talent Card is a new feature introduced by Engagedly which provides an overview of the employees performance. The Talent Card contains details about the employees performance, goals, 360 feedback, course, certification and badges. The Talent Card helps managers to make performance related decisions and talent tracking of an employee over a period of time.
You can access Talent Card from the My Workspace section. There are three tabs that are visible to a user who is a site administrator.
- My Talent Profile
- My Team
- Reports

On the other hand, managers and employees will only be able to see two tabs.
- My Talent Profile
- My Team
My Talent Profile
Employees can view their own performance in their talent profiles. This enables the employees to recognize their skills, accomplishments, career preferences and their future career goals.
Sync Data
Earlier on, data had to be manually synced, in order to be reflected on the ‘My Talent profile’ page. Now we have introduced an automated data sync feature which ensures that data will be daily synced without any manual intervention.

Performance
Performance Reviews and Goal Achievements are clubbed in this section as they paint an accurate picture of an employee’s performance.

If the manager’s reviews and employee’s reviews are visible, then they will be displayed next to each other.

Goals Achievement
This section showcases the user’s active goal progress and the percentage level achieved for each goal.
