We all know that organizational outcomes are driven by more than just employee reviews. Employees perform best when they are actively engaged, motivated and aligned with organizational objectives.
Since our inception in early 2015, the Engagedly has been learning from our customers and enhancing our product to deliver value. A great software is not defined by the breadth and depth of functionality but by the value it delivers to the users.
One of the big areas we realize we need to focus more on to deliver greater value to our user base is to drive greater adoption and value from this technology. Our leadership team met over the holidays and revisited our purpose. Our purpose is to actively engage our users to drive better organizational outcomes. And in order to drive this better we are excited to launch our platform initiative, one we call the INPACE® model.
How will INPACE drive better value?
Engagedly’s unique INPACE® model helps organizations achieve maximum impact for their people development strategies. With this model, we can help drive adoption and employee development by driving desirable behaviors.
I – Incentivize
N – Nudge
P – Participation
A – Align
C – Coach
E – Encourage/Motivate
Our philosophy behind this model is simple. We want to shift the focus away from the performance management as a mechanism to review and rate and instead, drive behaviors by focusing on the human element of organizations, the employees.
By using the INPACE® model to further develop Engagedly, we will continue to enhance our software that does more than just automating a process. Each letter of the INPACE® acronym serves reminds us of the core ideas we should keep in mind when developing a new feature.
All software applications aim to improve their adoption rate. But more often than not, instead of focusing on the end users, the ones who are responsible for driving the adoption rate, the focus shifts towards the software application. By losing sight of the human element, we lose the chance to build a product that users can wholeheartedly love.
Ultimately, we also want to give our end users an experience that cannot be matched by any other. Our goal for 2018 is to enhance the Engagedly application in such a way that it becomes INPACE® ready.
Over the course of next few months and beyond, we will be release minor but significant enhancements in each of our modules that will help organizations drive behaviors and greater adoption.
We don’t want to be just another application out there in the market. We want to be the software that people think of when they think of driving better performance and talent engagement.

Thank you! We are lock step with you and are happy to be your Beta for whatever is up and coming. We launched our Values last year and have been consistently capturing behaviors that model the Values we believe. All of our year end Praises were designed to acknowledge the right ‘values based’ behaviors. We hit over 500, and our entire senior leadership team donated to charity (from the company and personally matched), marking the day with a lot of enthusiasm.
I can’t wait to see what you have coming down the pike!
