Turn Engagedly’s Survey Module into a powerful tool for transforming your survey experience. You can set up workflow automation to trigger surveys when your set parameters are met. This way, your surveys will never be missed, and you will gain all the insights you need without missing a beat.

We have streamlined the process to help you deploy your surveys. Manage repetitive survey cycles with our convenient templates, and create surveys that make an impact without spending a lot of time. Choose from our comprehensive library, or create your own with thoughtful questions. Various questions are available, including multiple-choice, rating scales, and eNPS. Publish it when it’s ready.

All respondents can participate, regardless of whether they are Engagedly users. To ensure everyone has a voice, the updated Survey module aims to be more inclusive. Here are the four methods through which participants can share their responses:

• Users within the organization: You can share the survey with anyone using Engagedly within your organization. The survey can also be assigned to your existing groups.
• Post it through social: Harness the power of Engagedly’s Social Feed to reach all employees, allowing them to access and contribute their valuable responses.
• Invite through email: Now send survey invitations via email. Either Engagedly users or non-users can use email to respond to these surveys.
• Generate a public URL: Unlock unlimited access by generating a public URL. Anyone with access to the URL can actively respond to the survey.

The traditional approach is to set a start and end date for your survey, giving you a well-defined cycle period. Break free from the cycle’s confines! Your survey will remain in an indefinite cycle if you don’t choose an end date. You can use this cycle period for a scenario such as – surveys for new members.

With our Survey module, you will receive a wealth of information about respondents and responses, enabling you to make informed decisions. Using the “Responses” option, you can explore the survey responses in two sections:

• Question-wise responses: You can dive deeper into your audience’s insights by exploring their answers to each question.
• Individual-wise responses: Discover unique perspectives by examining the reactions of specific individuals.

You can manage respondents with ease using the “Respondents” option. With the ability to add and remove respondents effortlessly, you can ensure that your survey reaches the right audience. We’ve got you covered if a gentle nudge is necessary to encourage timely submissions.
